About Stephanie Geddings

I've spent my life in Maryland, including a couple of decades in Southeast Baltimore. I'm now a proud homeowner in Anne Arundel County, close to where I grew up. I love sharing my experiences as a MD native with my clients.

I began my real estate career over a decade ago in leasing, which gave me valuable insights into wealth-building through passive income & helping homeowners rent their properties when needed. Transitioning into sales, I’ve had the privilege of helping many of those clients buy, lease, or sell their first homes. It's rewarding to be a trusted advisor for years & help so many build their lives. It brings me great joy when a client calls for my input, shares a milestone, or recommends me.

In my free time, I enjoy barre, spin, reading, spending time with family/friends, & community service. I’ve been a member of ReMax's Executive Club & have been honored with the Chairman's Circle Award in addition to being nominated for The Baltimore Sun's REALTOR of the Year.
